Past: Fort D Days/Memorial Day Weekend Timeline

The sixth celebration of Fort D Days will be celebrated Memorial Day Weekend, May 23-25, 2015. Visit with reenactors portraying time periods from the Civil War through World War II from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. Saturday (only) bring a lawn chair and enjoy period music by The Front Porch Players at 6 pm. First observed after the end of the Civil War, Memorial Day honors the memory of U.S. soldiers who have died in military service. Admission is free!
