Come learn about one of Missouri’s largest mammals: elk! These big animals look a little like giant reindeer, but you don’t have to go to the north pole to see them. Elk are wild animals that grow massive antlers and make impressive bugling noises. These animals were reintroduced into our state about 15 years ago.

Little Acorns programs are designed to empower parents to introduce babies and young children, ages 0-6, to the natural world through hands on experiences, crafts, and focused free-play activities.
