Past: Senior Matters Expo

This is a community event for senior adults age 55+ AND seniors of 2016. Expo vendors will be on hand to speak with BOTH of these senior groups. Both senior groups can register for many door prizes including $500 in gift certificates from Rhodes 101 Conveinience Stores. There will be a canned food drive for area food banks so bring your canned goods to help us reach our goal of 10,000 cans of food. The Red Cross will be there to take your donations of blood. Blood donors will receive a T-shirt for the event. The seniors of 2016 who attend the event can register for the $500 scholarships that will be given for use in ANY secondary education school such as colleges, universities, votech schools, and other trade schools. Come to the Osage Center in Cape on August 29th from 10:00am to 2:00pm and be a part of this one day event that will benefit our community in many ways.
