Learn how to make fun and inexpensive decorative accents or gifts with local artist Paula Fetherston. Please bring 3-4 dry used or new teabags. Register online at the library website www.capelibrary here or call Adult Services at (573) 334-5279 ext. 121. The event takes place in the Geraldine Hirsch Room of the library. Free and open to the public.
