Past: Informational Meeting

The Missouri Department of Natural Resources invites you to attend an informational meeting on Saturday August 29, 2015 at Trail of Tears State Park near Jackson, MO. The open house informational meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. at the Visitor Center. Staff from the park will be on hand to provide information about the park and answer questions. The public is invited to share comments about the park and its operations. Input from the public is important to the department. These informational meetings, which are being held in all state parks and historic sites, help create a two-way communication. The meetings give staff the opportunity to let people know the current status and future plans for the park or site, and they offer visitors the opportunity to comment on the facilities.
