Past: Vietnam War veterans honored

The John Guild Chapter of National Society of Daughters of the American Revolution will honor Vietnam veterans on the 50th anniversary. Speakers for the event will be Dennis Woeltje, immediate past department commander of the American Legion and a Vietnam war veteran; David Hitt, member of Althenthol-Jorens American Legion Post 158, chair of the 50th Vietnam war anniversary held at the Missouri Veteran's Home and a Vietnam war veteran and Jackson Mayor Dwain Hahs. The event is open to the public. Refreshments will be served following the program.
