Past: 6th Annual SCIPP Halloween Carnival

This will be our 6th year of presenting the Scott City Halloween Carnival. This is a free event and is great deal of fun for the kids and adults. There will be a costume contest, games, prizes, candy giveaways, music, and more! This event is hosted by SCIPP, the Scott City Kiwanis Club, the Scott City Parks Department, and the Scott City Fire Department.
