Past: Fruitland Area Fire district Public Meeting

Topic of the meeting will be the results of the surveys sent to residents asking if they are in favor of adding paid personnel to the Fruitland Area Fire District. A presentation of the history of the fire district, the current operations of the district and future projects of the district will be given. A question and answer session is also on the agenda to answer questions about the survey as well as needs of the district. The meeting will also bring up the possibility of a tax increase to be put to the vote of the public on an upcoming ballot to fund future expansions of the district and services offered.
