Past: 5K Fundraiser for Jordyn

Jordyn Conn was diagnosed with Alexander Disease on Oct. 2, 2015. It is caused by a random genetic mutation which affects the nervous system. There is no cure adn the only "treatment" is extensive therapies to treat the symptoms of the disease. The proceeds of this 5K will go to her family to pay for medical expenses and trips to Philadelphia to be part of a research study on Alexander Disease. Registration fee is $25 for those 11 years old and older and free for children 10 and under ($15 if you want a shirt). Race day registration will be 7 to 8 a.m. and raffle winners will be announced at 8 a.m. and the race begins at 8:30 a.m. No one will be allowed to participate without a signed waiver.
