Past: Ethics
Southeast Missouri State University - Innovation Center Rm 114
Chuck Daugherty from ACT Missouri will be presenting 6 hours of live ethics. The course is geared towards professionals working in substance abuse prevention. This course will cover practical ethics in a complex world of prevention. There are often times where the color is gray, instead of black or white. This course will help sift through the gray, so you know what is ethical.
At the end of the day, each attendee will receive 6 contact hours and will have a better understanding of the following:
What it means to be ethically responsible
How to develop and implement strategies to prevent ethics problems before they occur
How to best respond when you observe or suspect an ethics problem
