Please join us on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at the Bollinger County Museum of Natural History in Marble Hill, MO. The Ford Model T Club 2016 Hillbilly Tour will be visiting the museum at 10:00am. Come out and get an up close look at these vintage cars, talk to the drivers, and enjoy a piece of history. Don't miss this great opportunity to see 45 Model T Ford cars. Model T cars may be coming and going at different times during the morning of September 10.
The Ford Motor Company rolled out the first Model T car on October 1, 1908. Production would continue until May, 1927. The Model T was affordable and reliable, a car to appeal to the everyday driver. Ford sold over 15 million Model T cars from 1908 through 1927.
Come see the cars then visit the Bollinger County Museum of Natural History to learn about Missouri's dinosaurs, local history, Tom Runnels art, and more! Visit the Mayfield Cultural Center and Café next door to the museum at 209 Mayfield Drive from 11:00am-3:00pm, for more family fun and food.
The Bollinger County Museum of Natural History, a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization, is located at 207 Mayfield Drive in Marble Hill. The museum is housed in the Art & Science building of the former Will Mayfield College. This architectural treasure is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Visit the museum for the exciting natural history exhibits and savor the historical architecture.
Regular admission to the museum will apply for visitors inside the museum.
Museum Admission: Adults $5 each and 17 years and under $2 each
