Chili Dinner / Silent Auction

October 22nd, 2016 from 4-7:00p at Orchard Dr. Elementary.

We will be serving Logan’s Chili and rolls and hot dogs.

Schedule of events:

4:00 pm Doors open to start bidding on silent auction

4 - 6:00pm dinner will be served

4 - 7:00pm silent auction

6 - 6:30pm oral auction

7:30 pm check out starts.

Tickets are $5 for adults and $4 for children 5-12 years old. Children under 5 years old are free. Tickets can be bought early or bought at the door the night of the dinner.

There are also raffle tickets that can be bought for a Yeti 65 Cooler, a UDI U818A Wifi Quadracopter Drone with HD camera, and American Girl Doll of the Year (Lea Clark). Raffle tickets can be purchased at Orchard Drive Elementary; $5 each or 3/$10 or 7/$20 must be for the same item, no splitting).
