Past: Liberty Days

Stars and Stripes Museum/Library

I've attached a schedule for the Liberty Days festival. The Stars and Stripes Museum/Library, the Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce, the American Legion, and the Lion's Club is sponsoring this year's Liberty Days event. It is being held on the museum grounds October 13, 14, and 15. There will be a living history village, a pie eating contest, live bluegrass, country, gospel and pop music, old-fashioned games, Miss Bloomfield and Miss Liberty Days pageants,a talent show, a quilt show, a silent auction, kettle corn, fried pies, chili, ham & beans, baked potatoes, and craft vendors and more! Check out our Facebook page at Stars and Stripes Museum and our website at www.starsandstripesmuseum.com for more information. On Friday, there will be over 1000 8th and 9th grade students from Stoddard and Butler county schools and over 30 demonstrators. We would love to have you do a story on our event.
