The River City Workers of the Blind meet the second Thursday of every month at the Cape Girardeau Public Library. River City Workers of the Blind is an organization dedicated to improving the social and economic welfare of visually impaired and blind residents in Cape Girardeau and the surrounding area. It strives to improve specialized services promoting independence as well as creating accessible social opportunities for the blind and visually impaired community. We invite residents and members of the business community who are interested in improving the lives in Cape Girardeau to please join our efforts.
