Prerequisite skills:

300 yd. continuous swim, demonstrating rhythmic breathing and proper stroke competencies

Timed brick dive

Treading water with no hands for two minutes

If prerequisites are not passed, students may request a refund for the course minus a $5 administration fee, or may transfer to another session.

Classes will take place at Central Municipal Pool Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Complete course is mandatory.
