Past: Naturalization Ceremony

18 people will become citizens of the United States Monday. Judge Stephen Limbaugh will administer the oath and Carloes Varga-Aburto, president of Southeast Missouri State University, will present the certificates to the recipients. A reception and voter registration for the candidates will be held immediately following in the Judicial Education and History Center.
