Past: Free comic book day event, May 6th, 2017!

The national annual "Free Comic Book Day Event" will be held at: The Comix Strip, 821 Broadway Suite D, Cape Girardeau, Mo. 63701 on Saturday May 6th, 2017, from 10am-6pm. Literally anyone can walk in and get 1 free comic book per person out of 20 select comics with no purchase, while supplies last. This is a yearly event to make parents aware that there are still "kid friendly" comics availible for children to read in the comic book world.
