Join local Zumba instructor Ellen Gipson in celebrating her 1st Mother's Day with Zumba in the Park!

Ellen has been teaching Zumba and other group fitness classes for over six years in the Cape Girardeau area. Zumba is a latin-inspired dance fitness class with a hip-hop flair. Enjoy an awesome workout, soak up some sun, and laugh the calories away with your favorite girls! No dance skill required, it's a shimmy-shaking shame free zone!

-Participants under age 13 should be accompanied by an adult.
