Past: Girl Scout Day Camp

The Elks Campground

Girl Scout Day Camp: June 5-9 at the Elks Campground; Cost is $45 for registered Girl Scouts and $60 for non-Girl Scouts.

Understanding ourselves begins with understanding that we have the power to change the world! This summer, Girl Scout Day Camp will focus on the empowering themes of the classic story, The Wizard of Oz, to help our girls learn about the outdoors, nature, teamwork, and how we can help make the world a better place for ourselves and for future generations.

Every girl will have a chance to explore the beautiful world of nature at the Elks Campground and engage in activities including archery, canoeing, and fishing. The girls will also go for hikes, prepare meals over an open fire, sing songs, play games, and learn crafts.

Camp is an excellent opportunity for girls to learn about themselves, each other, and to live by the Girl Scout Law. We hope your girl can join us!

Camp is a great experience for adults as well and we welcome volunteers. In fact, if you volunteer ALL WEEK, you’ll receive a camp T-shirt and a 50% REFUND on your girl’s camp registration fee! Email laura.clubb@gmail.com for registration materials.
