Past: Downtown Loft Tour

Old Town Cape and Capaha Bank will host the Downtown Loft Tour and will feature eight upper-story residents located in downtown Cape Girardeau. During the tour, there will be a reception hostyed by Area Properties Real Estate-River Region held in the Marquette Lobby at 338 Broadway. This event is meant to inspire residents and developers by showcasing what can be done with an upper-story residence.
