Cape Girardeau Parks & Recreation has teamed up with Lee H. Park Martial Arts Institute to offer an affordable community Martial Arts program. Classes begin September 11th.

Skill Core 1 Martial Arts

Ages 5-6

This program is a basic introduction to martial arts with emphasis on balance, mobility, kicking and punching techniques to help bully-proof your child while teaching respect for others.

Adult Hapkido Martial Arts

Ages 16+

The adult programs include an adult Hapkido class teaching the fundamentals of martial arts.

Tuesdays & Thursday Classes available at 12 pm or 7 pm

Adult Self Defense Martial Arts

Ages 16+

This class will offer women basic techniques to protect one’s self.
