Past: Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America

The Southeast Missouri chapter of Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America will hold their next meeting on Wednesday, September 6, at 7 p.m. at the Cape Girardeau Public Library. September is National Suicide Prevention month and John Hudak, Executive Director of the Community Counseling Center, will be our special guest. Unfortunately, two-thirds of all gun deaths in this country are from suicides. Join us and learn about the risk factors and community resources for suicide prevention. We will also be discussing our concerts on September 24 as part of the Concerts Across America to End Gun Violence.
