Past: SEMO District Fair - Thurday, Sept. 14

Hereford and Simmental judging will be at 8 a.m. in the livestock arena. Guinea pigs, pigeons, poultry and rabbits will be judged at 8:30 a.m. in the poultry tent. Woody's Wildlife Expo and Racing Pigs will be held at 4, 5:30 and 7 p.m. on the south fairgrounds. Kenny Aherns will have shows at 4:30, 6 and 7:30 p.m. on the north fairgrounds. The 4-H/FFA livestock sale (barrows, steers, goats and lambs) will be held at 4:30 p.m. in the livestock arena. Wristbands will be available for $15 for rides from 5 to 10 p.m. Maggie Thorne will play 6 to 7:30 p.m. in the activities tent. Draft ponies and mini mules hitches will be judged at 7:30 p.m. at ballfield 7. Blackberry Smoke will play at 8 p.m. in the grandstand.
