Past: Shoe Drive Fundraiser

Global Medical Brigades at SEMO is preparing to travel to Honduras for a medical mission trip January 2024. We are a part of the largest student-led movement for global health and holistic development. Our mission is to inspire, mobilize, and collaborate with communities to achieve their own health and economic goals. We have partnered with GotSneakers, which is a fundraising company that asks the community to reach into their closets and not their wallets. GotSneakers ships our used shoes off to a developing country to make a positive difference in the lives of impoverished individuals who desperately need shoes and in return we get funds for our mission trips. It is a positive cycle made possible by people like you who decide to donate any style or size of shoe, instead of letting them sit in a landfill.
