Past: Embrace the Change

This seminar for women, to be held at the new Drury Conference Center from 6 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 11, will address issues surrounding peri-menopause and menopausal stages of a woman’s life.

Topics include urinary incontinence, libido and contraceptives, non-hormonal options for symptoms, the importance of exercise and healthy eating and physical rehab exercises for urinary incontinence.
