Past: SEMO District Fair - Day 7

Livestock judging will begin at 8 a.m. with angue, then other breeds of beef cattle in the livestock arena, mini mules at 9:30 a.m. at ballfield 7; commercial heifers followed by presentation of Herdsman Award at 1 p.m. in the livestock arena; draft ponies at 1:30 p.m. at ballfield 7; 4-H draft horses, draft mules, mini mules and draft ponies at 3:30 p.m. at ballfield 7 and draft ponies and mini mule hitches at 4 p.m. at ballfield 7. The 4-H/FFA tractor rodeo will be at 10 a.m. at ballfield 4, behind the grandstand track. cross-cut saw competition at 6:30 p.m. at the antique tractor display and hot rod and truck and tractor pull at 7 p.m. at the grandstand. The 4-h/FFA publis speaking contest will be 9 to 10 a.m. in the activities tent and bingo (free to play) will be held 5:30 to 7 p.m. in the activities tent. On grounds entertainment includes Cown Town Heritage Museum and petting corral on the south fairgrounds, Kenny Ahern & and Family Fun Time on the north fairgrounds; and Wade Henry, juggler and strolling entertainer.
