Show your support for the SoutheastHEALTH Foundation on its first annual Giving Day on Wednesday, May 24. As the 24th state in the Union, Missouri is known as the “Show-Me” state. Your gift of at least $24 will make a positive impact on the health and wellbeing of individuals and communities in our region. A donation of $24 can help provide:

• A free mammogram

• Live-saving nutritional supplements for those battling cancer

• Glucose monitors for people with diabetes

• A weekend retreat for cancer patients and their families through “We Can Weekend.”

• Pedometers for people struggling with heart disease

• Gas cards to help cover the cost of trips for cancer treatments
