Free Self-Defense Anti-Abduction Seminar. Physical and Psychological methods to escape/overcome a perpetrator will be addressed. Techniques covered will include kicking, strikes and groundwork. Kids class (ages 6 to 11) will be at 10 a.m. Teens and adults will be 11 a.m. to noon. Instructor is Grandmaster Doug Johnson, 7th degree black belt, M.A. Psychological Counseling.
