From vibrant, improvised designs and narratives to popular and historic patterns, this exhibit highlights quilts, thread painting, crochet, and multimedia with fibers by makers and artists who have utilized color, value, and pattern with dye, fabric, yarn, and thread as personal expression, décor, gifts, cultural representation, and storytelling.
