Annual Worship Service at Old McKendree Chapel

The oldest original log church structure west of the Mississippi River, will hold it's annual worship service, Sunday, September 27th at 2pm at the Chapel site in east Jackson, south of East Main Street at 4080 Bainbridge Road. The public is welcome to join us for this event. Rev. Jon Thompson, Southeast District superintendent is offering the sermon. Join us as we celebrate the building's and site history since 1819.
