Have you wondered what the Lazy L Safari has to offer your students? Well, now is your chance to find out! Our Educator Open House is a time for all educators to learn about the variety of educational programs that the zoo offers. Lazy L Safari is your guide to connecting your students with animals & more!

Educators will have the opportunity to ....

· Discover the zoo's educational value & benefits thru self-guided tours

· Meet some of our education program animals (i.e. Baby Kangaroo & Lemurs)

· Learn how the zoo can help you raise funds for your school

· Have the chance to win a FREE Educational Program for your classroom

Our Zoo Educational Showcase will feature information on all of our current program offerings for schools. Staff will be on hand to answer questions and help you decide which programs might be best for your students. (Showcase starts at 6:15 pm)

Educators will receive a packet with information on booking a field trip to the zoo, requesting a mobile attraction or educational show at your school, or hosting a fundraiser for your school.

Prior registration is not required. Any educator can bring their valid school staff identification badge to the admission booth to receive FREE admission. The open house is for teachers, educators, principals, and PTO officers only.

The Zoo Educational Showcase will start at 6:15 pm sharp. Don’t miss it!
