Past: Free Back to School Zumba Class & Potluck Social

Get back to school and back into a solid fitness routine. Start the school year off right, prioritizing your health! Invite all your friends for this special FREE class and potluck after-party. This special back to school celebration class is FREE and open to the public. Zumba class is from 6:15-7 p.m. in the new gymnasium with potluck style snacks and refreshments immediately following in the new lobby. Please stay and eat with us even if you can't bring anything! We always have too much! It's a great chance to get to know all the awesome women you're working out with each week!

A Zumba dance fitness class is really is the most fun workout you'll ever do. Nobody cares if you don't know how to dance, if you're off beat the whole time, or you have to rest in between songs. Zumba is for you! A time to experience something new, a time to laugh at yourself, a time to bond with friends, and time to put your physical and mental health FIRST! Everyone is welcome to attend!

Childcare available: $2/child! Ages 1-12yr old.

Payment for childcare is made to Ellen Gipson (instructor)

Children 12-16yr are welcome to participate with parents permission/supervision.

I am so appreciative to Cape First Church for providing a building for our classes. Please be respectful of their facility and religious beliefs. We conclude every workout with heart of thankfulness and a short Christian prayer.
