Body Sculpt exercise class will be taught by Tera 5:30 to 6:15 a.m. at the Osage Centre.

Country Fusion is a fun mix of low impact aerobics and country line dancing. The class will be taught by Robyn and is held from 9 to 9:45 a.m.

Yoga Core & More is a 30-minute class utilizing various props such as bands, free weights and your own body weight to challenge your core strength and stability. Taught by tori from 10 to 10:45 a.m. on Tuesday.

Pilates will be taught by Emily C. 12:15 to 12:45 p.m.

Emily teaches Barre 4:30 to 5:15 p.m. Tuesday and Christine teaches the class 12:15 to 12:45 p.m. Thursday.

Brittney will teach cardio drumming 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. Tuesday and 9 to 9:45 a.m. Friday.
